14 Days of Positivity

During times of crisis, people need connection more than ever. This is a scary time, but it doesn’t need to be a lonely one.

Each day for the next 14 days:

- Call 2 family members and 2 colleagues to check in on them
- Work 30 minutes cleaning a closet or room
- Get outside for at least one hour
- Perform 1 act of kindness
- Focus on 4 things you’re grateful for
- Step away from social media and the news for at least a 3-hour period

For now, virtual is my new normal. My priority is the health and safety of my clients, family, friends, and our community
